Liljana Ilieska was born and raised in Prilep, Macedonia.
She began her career at age of 16, in a reality tv show, followed by participating in numerous fashion shows, quickly becoming a recognizable figure in the Macedonian fashion scene. At age of 17 Liljana represented Macedonia at the Miss Summer International contest in Bulgaria, where she won the First Runner-Up title.
In 2010, she won the titles of:
"Winner of Miss Adriatic Europe" Split, Croatia
"Winner of Miss Adriatic International" Pescara, Italy
"Winner of Miss Motors International" Rome, Italy
Currently, Liljana studies at the Faculty of Economics at the "St. Cyril and Methodius" University in Skopje, while still actively pursuing her modeling career.
